About Us
Healing doesn’t always look like “Live, Laugh, Love.” Sometimes it shows up as sarcasm, grit, and a t-shirt that reads like your unfiltered inner monologue. Bratty Inner Child is a mental health inspired brand rooted in healing through humor, created for people who cope with honesty, laughter, and a little chaos. What began as a personal coping mechanism grew into a way to help others feel seen and less alone. BRAT means Be Resilient After Trauma, a reminder that healing is not one-size-fits-all. We create unapologetic mental health merch for gloriously complicated humans, including neurodivergent individuals, people in recovery, chronic illness warriors, trauma survivors, and anyone navigating mental health with resilience and self-awareness. Our designs are stigma-breaking, trauma-informed, and emotionally honest, offering reminders that resilience doesn’t have to be quiet, polished, or performative. Sometimes it’s bratty, loud, and a little chaotic.
